Eric Thomson BSc Hons MRICS
Eric has 30 years experience in the commercial property market, and has been a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for over 25 years. Eric also undertook further training and became an RICS Registered Valuer in March 2011, allowing him to comply with strict RICS rules governing the provision of formal valuation advice. His background is in a multi-disciplinary role, having previously worked at Associate level for two of Scotland's largest Chartered Surveying practices.
He specialises in commercial agency and rent reviews although has significant experience in valuation and lease advisory roles.
Thomson Property Consultants are the sole general practice firm to advise a number of clients, including Glasgow Airport Ltd, where they advise on all aspects of commercial property including rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, development and acquisitions.
