We were instructed by Caledonia Bureau, one of Scotland's leading independent estate agents, to source a new Paisley branch as part of their continued expansion in the West of Scotland.
We undertook a comprehensive search for suitable properties, shortlisting a number of possible options, which we then inspected with our client, providing detailed advice and agreeing Heads of Terms for each option. A number of these options, including the property finally leased, were not being marketed and therefore a pro-active approach was required.
We finally secured a unit which already had Class 2 consent for the proposed use, allowing immediate entry after the negotiation of competitive terms for our client. The unit opened at the end of 2015 with official opening early in 2016.
