We were instructed as joint agents to let the remaining space within the building, which extended to approx 21,000 sq ft over two floors. We instigated a comprehensive marketing campaign with our joint agents which generated new interest in the building. Two lettings were concluded in 2016, approx 16,000sq ft being let to NHS and the remaining 5,000sq ft to Walker Love. These letting have generated a significant income for our client as well as mitigating the rates and service charge costs, resulting in a significant enhancement in the investment value of the property.
