We sourced this opportunity and purchased the distressed asset from the bank for our client, who then undertook a programme of upgrading refurbishment. Shortly after work commenced, we secured lettings to three separate occupiers, one of whom significantly invested in the site. With the lettings complete, the property is now generating a good income stream and the value of the property has been significantly enhanced.
