Acting for a private client, we undertook an appraisal of the local market, prior to negotiating terms for a lease renewal with the existing tenant, Sequence (Allen & Harris).
A further lease term of 10 years (with break at 5) was agreed at the passing rent, significantly enhancing the investment value of the property and securing the income stream for the next five years.
