Works are now completed on this development site on the Glasgow Airport campus. We successfully marketed the site to the end user and thereafter negotiated lease terms on behalf of our client, for a 25 year ground lease.
We were also closely involved in regular project meetings with the client and end user, as the development progressed, providing professional advice throughout the project.
The tenant, Gama Aviation, has now completed the construction of a specialist hangar / FBO facility to facilitate their air ambulance contract and existing private aviation traffic.
The project was completed in May 2013.
Update 2015: Since the initial project was completed, the tenant has doubled the size of the property by constructing a second phas building, significantly increasing the original rent in the process.
