As instructed by solicitors, we undertook an inspection of this warehouse unit and subsequently prepared a full photographic Schedule of Condition, thereby limiting our client's repairing obligation for the duration of the lease. Although not part of the original remit, we also provided advice on structural and inherent defects noted within the building at the time of our inspection, which resulted in a further restriction of our client's repairing obligations.
Update 2015: We continue to work for this client, both to assist them directly and with commercial work for their existing clients.
