Our client, BAA, had been served a rent review notice at a figure of £260,000pa, an increase of £40,000 on the passing rent. We were asked to act for our client to contest the revised rent and after undertaking extensive research and negotiations with the landlord's agent, we were able to negotiate a nominal increase on the passing rent.
