We were instructed to undertake a property and asset management role on behalf of the secured creditor. This included liaising with 15 tenants, reviewing and regularising lease documentation, rent collection, and provision of ongoing management advice.
We achieved 100% rent payment for the duration of the managment, and thereafter secured a sale, after a comprehensive marketing campaign, which resulted in 5 offers being received at a closing date.
