Our client had expanded and moved to one central location, and we were asked to dispose of their leasehold interest in the property, which extended to c 3,500 sq ft over the front and rear of the building.

We advised our client that the majority of demand for offices was for smaller office space, and tailored the marketing campaign to suit.

We have since undertaken a total of 6 lettings and in April 2014,100% occupancy was achieved, with lettings to a mix of tenants, occupying the space on short and long term leases.  Our client's exposure has been minimised by the income treams generated, whilst they have made significiant cost savings in terms of rates and service charge liabilities.
