We originally negotiated a lease in respect of this property for our client's trading business, negotiating a purchase option into the original lease. Having traded within the unit, our client decided to exercise their purchase option. We agreed a pre-let of the space to National Tyres on a straight 15 year lease term, retaining part of the site for a 3,000 sq ft unit which our client is now in the process of completing.
