We purchased the site from Esso, as part of a portfolio of roadsites sites, for our client.
After a period of marketing, we negotiated and secured a pre-let to Sainsburys Supermarkets Limited for a 4,000sq ft convenience store. Our client is now developing the unit, with the shell space due to be completed in June 2015, awaiting tenant's fitout thereafter.
Sainsburys have taken a 15 year lease, thus creating a strong, secure investment for our client.
